Call of Duty Black Ops 6 suffered a major leak just hours before the shooter was detailed at Microsoft’s Xbox Games Showcase and subsequent Call of Duty Direct event.
The leak comes from Microsoft’s own Xbox Store, where a full description of the game was available at the time of this article’s publication. The Xbox Games Showcase begins at 10am PT today, June 9, with the Call of Duty Direct following immediately after.
Highlights here are the release date (October 25, 2024), campaign details, confirmation of 16 new multiplayer maps at launch, and two brand new maps at launch for the return of Round-Based Zombies. There is also an open beta.
Elsewhere, Black Ops 6’s Steam store page has posted the first screenshots of the game, giving us a look at the campaign, multiplayer and zombies. Check out the images in the slideshow below:

Meanwhile, details on the $100 Black Ops 6 Vault Edition and pre-order bonuses have also leaked via the same source. The Vault Edition includes four operator skins: Adler, Park, Brutus, and Klaus. Active Game Pass subscribers can upgrade to the Vault Edition for $30.
