2019: Galaxy Buds

In February 2019, Samsung introduced the wireless Galaxy Buds. With a glossy texture and round design, the compact headphones were easy to carry in the pocket. The headphones also come with wings to ensure they stay in place during intense exercise.
The standout feature of the Galaxy Buds was their sound quality and the fact that they lacked any cables. Samsung highlights the improvement in sound clarity, allowing users to enjoy clear sound in a variety of environments. Featuring technology from Harman’s premium acoustic brand AKG, the Galaxy Buds deliver a rich sound experience.
Adaptive Dual Microphone technology with two microphones on the inside and outside of each earpiece tuned to ambient noise to maintain sound quality.
The portable Galaxy Buds also offer impressive battery life, delivering up to 6 hours of play time or 5 hours of talk time on a single charge. With the dedicated charging case, users can enjoy up to 13 hours of music playback. Additionally, the Galaxy Buds can be charged using the Galaxy S10’s Wireless PowerShare feature.
2020: Galaxy Buds+

Launched in February 2020, Galaxy Buds+ features improved sound quality with two-way speakers, including a tweeter and a deep bass speaker, providing balanced sound.
The three microphones – one internal and two external – minimized external noise and accurately captured the user’s voice for clear communication in any environment.
Galaxy Buds+ offer up to 11 hours of playtime on a single charge, with the charging case providing an additional 11 hours, for a total of 22 hours of use.
2021: Galaxy Buds Pro

Responding to the growing wireless headphone market, Samsung introduced the Galaxy Buds Pro in January 2021. These headphones offer premium performance and feature intelligent active noise cancellation (ANC) that significantly reduces background noise, allowing users to control their sound environment. When the Buds Pro detect the user’s voice, they automatically switch to ambient sound mode and adjust the music volume, filtering out unnecessary noise so users can focus on what they want to hear. Samsung has improved both the internal and external design. The new structure reduces wind noise for clearer sound, while the two-way speaker delivers dynamic sound across the entire sound spectrum. Additionally, the Galaxy Buds Pro pair incorporates recycled polycarbonate (PC) in some components, supporting performance and durability while promoting sustainability.
2021: Galaxy Buds2

In August 2021, Samsung launched the smallest and lightest earphones in the Galaxy Buds series with the Galaxy Buds2. Each earphone weighs only 5 grams!
Equipped with two-way dynamic speakers, active noise cancellation (ANC) and a new machine learning-based solution that adjusts to different noise levels, Galaxy Buds2 effectively blocks out background noise during phone calls.
Designed for all-day use, the Galaxy Buds2 come with three sizes of eartips and an on-ear fit test to ensure a comfortable fit for extended wear. If the fit is not tight, the test gives a result of “poor fit” and offers instructions for adjustment.
The auto-switch feature allows users to seamlessly switch connections between their Galaxy devices, such as smartphones, watches or tablets, without having to disconnect the Galaxy Buds2 each time.
2022: Galaxy Buds2 Pro

Released in August 2022, the Galaxy Buds2 Pro delivered the most immersive sound experience in the Galaxy Buds series. With high dynamic range and wireless 24-bit Hi-Fi audio, these are something else.
The 360 Audio Recording feature allows users to capture ambient sounds vividly on videos recorded on a smartphone, providing multi-dimensional audio that makes users feel like they are in the video.
Galaxy Buds2 Pro are designed to be 15% smaller with an ergonomic design allowing for more convenient media consumption. In addition to mobile devices, the headset can connect to a Samsung TV and automatically switch to a paired smartphone if a call comes in while you’re watching. Once the call is over, the headset seamlessly reconnects to the TV.
